Financial statements for KRS filing
We prepare annual financial statements for filing with the National Court Register (KRS). We agree with you on the required documents and the steps for signing, approving and submitting them.
Balance sheet and income statement
On request, we prepare a balance sheet and profit and loss statement (RZiS), including during the financial year. These can be used for a bank, financing or your own analysis of the company's performance.
HR and payroll
You can combine bookkeeping with HR and payroll support. Experienced, qualified specialists look after HR and payroll. One office handles both your accounting and employment matters.
KRS registration and updates
We assist with company registration and changes to entries in the National Court Register (KRS).
Online Client Portal
Free access to the Client Portal with KSeF integration. Download invoices, send them to your accountant and receive tax updates.

Do you prepare financial statements for the KRS?
Yes. We prepare annual financial statements for filing with the KRS. Preparing the document does not replace signing, approving and filing it by authorised persons. We agree the next steps with the client.
Can I get a balance sheet and P&L during the year, for example for a bank?
Yes. On request, we prepare a balance sheet and profit and loss statement for an agreed period or date. Send us the bank's requirements and deadline, and we will agree the scope and preparation process.
Can UPIK help me register a company?
Yes. We assist with company registration and KRS updates. You can combine help at registration with ongoing accounting afterwards.
How do I send invoices to my accountant?
You receive free access to the online Client Portal with KSeF integration. Download, manage and send invoices to your accountant. We provide portal access individually.
Can I use a virtual office?

Can UPIK handle the accounting of a company outside Warsaw?
