She has over 16 years of accounting experience, gained primarily in accounting offices. She has been UPIK's chief accountant for many years.
She combines professional practice with academic training. In 2014, she earned a master's degree in finance and accounting, specialising in accounting, at Vistula University in Warsaw.
She holds an accounting certificate issued by the Polish Minister of Finance, confirming her qualifications to provide bookkeeping services.

Kalinowski
An entrepreneur with many years of business experience. He ran a construction-sector limited company for many years. He understands clients' needs through the lens of daily decisions, growth and responsibility for one's own business.
He knows how essential accounting is to a company and how much depends on entrusting it to the right people. He set high expectations for his own accountants: reliability, commitment and an understanding of business.
That is why he decided to create UPIK — an accounting office built on a solid team of professional accountants and HR and payroll specialists. He is building a company whose team is its calling card and his source of pride, while giving clients the support they need to run their own businesses.
